By placing an order, submitting an enquiry or using this website, you agree to these terms. DroneCentral is a brand of Flybi Technologies Private Limited; in these terms “we” and “us” mean that company.
1. Orders and acceptance
- Listing a product on this site is an invitation to offer, not a binding offer to sell.
- An order is confirmed only once our team has reached you by phone to verify it — usually within two business hours — and we have issued a written confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a price or specification has been listed in error, where verification fails, or where the sale would breach the regulatory restrictions in clause 5.
- Products marked “enquiry” or “quote only” carry no listed price and are sold against a written quotation.
2. Prices, taxes and invoicing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees. Unless a listing states otherwise, prices are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate and shown on your tax invoice.
- A GST tax invoice is issued by Flybi Technologies Private Limited under GSTIN 29AAECF9171G1ZB. Supply a valid GSTIN at the time of ordering if you need input credit — it cannot be added after the invoice is raised.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices for imported goods may change if duties or exchange rates move materially before confirmation.
- EMI and financing, where offered, are provided by third-party partners on their own terms.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment methods, dispatch times and delivery windows are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation and refund handling is set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
4. Warranty and service
- Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty — typically 12 months for DJI and Autel airframes and 6 months for batteries. The manufacturer's terms govern the warranty.
- DroneCentral is your first point of contact for warranty claims on anything we sell.
- Warranty does not cover crash damage, water ingress, unauthorised modification, use outside the manufacturer's operating limits, or normal wear of propellers and batteries.
- Out-of-warranty repair is available through Drone ER. Turnaround targets published on this site are targets, not guarantees, and depend on parts availability.
5. Regulatory compliance — important
You are responsible for flying legally. In India, drones above 250 g must be registered on the Digital Sky platform and hold a Unique Identification Number. Commercial operation requires a DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate issued by an authorised Remote Pilot Training Organisation. You must obtain the correct certification and airspace clearance before you fly.
- Operation is governed by the Drone Rules 2021 and subsequent amendments, including green, yellow and red zone restrictions.
- Counter-UAS and anti-drone equipment listed on this site is supplied only to authorised agencies of the Government of India against a valid End-User Certificate on government letterhead. It is not sold, leased or supplied to civilian, residential, commercial or private parties. See the Anti-Drone Compliance Notice.
- You confirm that you are not acquiring goods for onward supply to any person or end use restricted under Indian export control, SCOMET or sanctions regulations.
- We may require identity, entity or end-use documentation before accepting an order for regulated equipment.
6. Training
- Course fees, durations and inclusions are as stated on the Training page at the time of enrolment.
- DroneCentral Academy delivers skills and operational training. Where a programme leads to a statutory DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate, the certificate is issued by the authorised partner RPTO conducting that assessment, not by DroneCentral.
- Seats are confirmed on payment. Transfers to a later batch are permitted once, subject to availability, if requested at least seven days before the start date.
7. Rental
Rental is governed by a separate rental agreement signed before despatch, covering security deposit, insurance excess, permitted operating area, pilot qualification and liability for damage or loss. Published day rates are indicative and exclude site logistics, pilot deployment and GST.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and code — is owned by Flybi Technologies Private Limited or its licensors, except manufacturer product imagery and trademarks, which belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell. You may not copy or republish site content without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or losses arising from operator error, regulatory breach by the operator, or use of a drone outside its published limits. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order is limited to the invoice value of that order.
10. Grievance redressal
Our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, is named on our Privacy Policy page: Keshav Srinivas, Director — support@dronecentral.in, +91 70225 26509. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.
