DroneCentral is a brand of Flybi Technologies Private Limited. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “DroneCentral” mean Flybi Technologies Private Limited. “You” means any person whose personal data we handle — a customer, an enquirer, a training applicant or a visitor to this website.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

We collect only what we need. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we do not collect financial account or card numbers — payments are handled by our payment partner, and card details never reach our servers.
2. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form, place an order or opt in to updates; and, where applicable, for the legitimate uses permitted under Section 7 of the DPDP Act — principally to fulfil a transaction you have initiated and to meet our obligations under Indian tax and company law.

- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and arrange demonstrations
- To process, dispatch, deliver and support your order
- To issue tax invoices and comply with Indian tax, GST and company law
- To contact you about order or repair status by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp
- To send product updates and offers — only if you have opted in, and you can withdraw at any time
- To detect and block spam, fraud and automated abuse of our forms
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data necessary with the following categories of processor, each bound to use it only for the service they provide to us:
- Logistics partners — name, address, phone and order value, to deliver your order and collect payment on delivery
- Payment partners — to process an online payment you initiate
- Manufacturers and service partners — where a warranty claim or repair requires it
- Communication and IT providers — our email, hosting and analytics providers
- Government authorities — where required by law, including registration or end-user certification requirements for regulated equipment
We do not share your data with third-party marketers.
5. Where it is stored, and for how long
Data is stored on servers located in India and with the cloud providers named above. We keep order and invoice records for eight years, as required by Indian tax law. Enquiry records that do not become orders are kept for up to three years, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for up to twelve months.
6. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
- Correct data that is inaccurate, and complete data that is incomplete
- Erase your data, where we are not required to retain it by law
- Withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity
- Complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and some features will not work if you do.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data inside our organisation is limited to staff who need it to do their job. We keep audit logs of administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
