Our drone repair service is designed to be simple and hassle-free. First, you contact us through our website or customer support to explain the issue. Then, we’ll guide you to ship or drop off your drone at our repair center. Once we receive it, our certified technicians will thoroughly inspect and diagnose the problem, providing you with a detailed repair quote. After your approval, we quickly get to work, using top-quality parts to fix the issue. Once repairs are complete, we’ll test your drone to ensure it’s fully operational before sending it back to you. Drone Repair Terms & Conditions
Estimates and Approvals
A. Upon receipt of the drone, our expert team at Drone Central will conduct a thorough initial assessment to diagnose any issues. Based on this evaluation, a formal repair estimate will be provided for customer approval. No repair work will begin without the customer’s explicit consent.
B. An inspection fee of Rs. 600 is required prior to starting the diagnostic process. This fee is non-refundable and applies only to the diagnostic service, not to any repair work that follows.
Customer Responsibilities
A. Customers are required to remove all personal data and accessories from their drones before submitting them for repair.
B. The customer must disclose any prior repairs or modifications that have been made to the drone.
Pricing and Payment
The total repair bill must be fully settled before the drone is handed over to the customer. Drone Central reserves the right to withhold the product until payment is complete.
Repair Process and Timeline
All drones submitted for repair undergo a comprehensive assessment by Drone Central experts. We strive for a swift resolution, but delays may occur due to the availability of spare parts. In such cases, customers will be promptly informed and updated on the repair progress.
Non-Collection Penalty
Repaired drones must be collected within 7 days of notification of repair completion. A penalty of Rs. 100 per day will be charged for each day the drone remains uncollected after this period.
