Gliders
Gliders forms the stepping stone to understand how any object can fly, these are governed only by gravity and air currents and moves quietly in space. To understand the basic principles of aircraft, one should design and fabricate it. Simply aero gives you the right platform for this purpose.
Course overview: brief introduction on working of a glider will be given to understand the ideology behind the working of glider. Participants will be provided with individual kit and will work on building a glider using balsa and will be allowed to test fly it on completion.

• Understand the basic principle of working of aircraft
• Can build your own glider design
• Proves as beginning of aeromodelling

Participants will be made to work in teams of 2 in the workshop. 1 kit per team will be given during the workshop which is take-home for participants.
