02 · POWERTRAIN
Motor + ESC bench test
RPM, current draw, temperature at 60/80/100%. Out-of-spec motors swapped with new OEM.
03 · BATTERIES
Battery cycle audit
Cycle count disclosed per battery. Packs above 60% of rated life replaced before sale.
04 · SENSORS
IMU + compass calibration
Full recalibration. Vision sensors cleaned and re-focused. GPS fix verified.
05 · GIMBAL + CAMERA
Gimbal torque + sensor test
Stabilization accuracy re-checked. Dead pixels, dust, fog mapped and disclosed.
06 · FIRMWARE
OEM firmware flash
Flashed to the current stable firmware. DJI Care or Autel Care transfer where eligible.
07 · FLIGHT CHECK
20-minute signed-off test flight
Open-area hover, waypoint, RTH, payload test. Log exported to your delivery folder.
